Meadowlark Stables is a prime destination for equestrians of all levels operated by Ginette Wallace, please see our Riding Program. Formerly JMS Equestrian Centre, we are dedicated to continuing the legacy of a quality and fun-filled equestrian experience. We offer a full service Boarding facility.

Notes to Remember
Bathroom facilities are available. Food service will not be provided – please bring your own drinks and food. No pets allowed. Car Parking and Long Horse Trailers on the East side of the Property. Smaller Horse Trailer Parking on the West Side of the Property.
General Information
All competitors and trainers must always wear an approved hard hat with a properly secured and fastened harness while mounted anywhere on the tournament grounds. School horses may be entered more than once in the same class or division. Horses shall be allowed to compete “Hors Concours” with permission from the management. Hors Concours entries will be charged regular entry fees. Competition will be held in the outdoor sand arena, weather permitting. If required, for inclement weather conditions, a decision will be made one day prior to the competition and the show will be postponed. Grass Area and Indoor warm up arena will be open one hour prior to competition start time and be available
all day for schooling.
Memberships
AEF memberships required for all riders and horse owners.
Add/Scratch Changes
There will be no charge per scratch if done the day before the show for horses already entered. Same day adds
will have no additional charges. Same day scratches are NOT refundable.
Entries & Fee Payments
There will be a cap on entries, closing date is July 19th.
Late entries (space permitting) received after July 19th will be subject to a late entry fee of $25.00.
Separate entry forms are required for each horse/rider combination. As well each coach is required to submit a Coach Registration form.
Entries and payments are to be sent directly to the host for the show, (see details on each entry form).
The Office and Paramedic Fee will be $40.00.
Refunds will be issued with a veterinary or medical note, less the Office and Paramedic Fee of $40.00.

Payments MUST email transfer to Meadowlarkshow@gmail.com (password – Meadowlark).
