Join us for 4th annual show with the focus on creating a fun, affordable and confidence building competition for all rider levels.

Meadowlark Stables is a prime destination for equestrians of all levels operated by Ginette Wallace, please see our Riding Program.
Formerly JMS Equestrian Centre, we are dedicated to continuing the legacy of a quality and fun-filled equestrian experience.
We offer a full service Boarding facility.
Show Rules and Information
Notes to Remember
1. Bathroom facilities are available
2. Food service will not be provided – please bring your own drinks and food.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Car Parking and Long Horse Trailers on the East side of the Property

General Information
1. All competitors and trainers must always wear an approved hard hat with a properly secured and fastened harness while mounted anywhere on the tournament grounds.
2. School horses may be entered more than once in the same class or division.
3. Horses shall be allowed to compete “Hors Concours” with permission from the management. Hors Concours entries will be charged regular entry fees.
4. Competition will be held in the outdoor sand arena, weather permitting. If required, for inclement weather conditions, a decision will be made one day prior to the competition and the show will be postponed.
5. Grass Area and Indoor warm up arena will be open one hour prior to competition start time and be available
all day for schooling.
Memberships
AEF memberships required for all riders and horse owners.
Add/Scratch Changes
There will be no charge per scratch if done the day before the show for horses already entered. Same day adds
will have no additional charges. Same day scratches are NOT refundable.

Prizes
Ribbons will be awarded to 6th place and Champion and Reserve ribbons will be awarded for each division. (Excluding Lead Line Division)
Entries
There will be a cap on entries, closing date is August 17th. Late entries (space permitting) received after August 17th will be subject to a late entry fee of $25.00. Separate entry forms are required for each horse/rider combination. As well each coach is required to submit a Coach Registration form. Entries and payments are to be sent directly to the host for the show, (see details on each entry form). The Office and Paramedic Fee will be $40.00. Refunds will be issued with a veterinary or medical note, less the Office and Paramedic Fee of $40.00. Email entries to [email protected], a confirmation email will be sent when entries are received. Payments MUST email transfer to [email protected] (password – Meadowlark).

Liability Waiver
Meadowlark Stables, nor the owners, management, tournament committee, nor any of its staff or agents shall in any way be liable for any accident, injury, damage, loss or for any other matter that may happen from any cause or circumstance whatsoever, to exhibitors, competitors, owners, or members of their families, or their agents or to anyone on the grounds, or to any animal or article exhibited or to any property brought on the grounds or for any other loss, claim, matter, circumstances or event whatever, in connection with or arising out of, or attributable to, the tournament or any journey to or from the tournament. It is understood and agreed that you indemnify and save harmless Meadowlark Stables, its owners, management, tournament committee, any of its staff or agents from and against any and all liability arising out of such loss, damages, claims or costs.
Liability Waiver must be completed for all participants and is included in our entry form.
